  • Download and Install the Peak Plus Agent

    Peak Plus requires an agent to be installed on desktops and servers monitored and managed by Peak Technology Solutions.  Select from the following links install the agent.  You must have administrator rights to complete the installation.

  • Check Voicemail

    To access your voicemail, simply press the button on your phone and enter the pin.  If you have not setup your voicemail, enter 7777 as the pin.


    To retrieve a voicemail from a group mailbox or from another extension use the following start codes.


    • Dial *98 to check your extension.  You will be prompted for the password.
    • Dial * 97.  The system will prompt you for the number (extension) and the password.  Default Password is 7777.
    • Dial * + the extension number.

  • Peak Voice Web App

    Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) are web-based apps that share many of the same features as a mobile native app. PWAs allow for an improved user experience and additional functionality for users, better brand visibility, improved push notifications, and more; all without having to develop a dedicated native app. This is achieved through the use of service workers, manifests, and other web-platform features in combination with progressive enhancement.


    The WebPhone, when installed as a progressive web app, will appear in the list of applications, alongside other installed apps. This allows for easy access to the WebPhone. The app can also be pinned to the task bar for easy access and can be set to launch on sign-in.


    You will need your Peak Voice Portal login informaiton.
